The workshop is designed for public servants who are involved in intergovernmental relations, including roles in strategic policy, programs and services, and executive offices in central agencies, line departments, and arms-length bodies. Leaders, managers, analysts, and officers seeking to enhance their collaborative governance and negotiation capacity will gain practical skills in consensus building.

With increasingly complex FPT challenges and national priorities at play—from removing internal trade barriers, advancing major nation-building projects, climate and affordability issues, and shifts in health and social policy, FPT officials are being asked to collaborate at greater speed and depth than ever before.

This one-day workshop, spread over two half-day sessions, creates a neutral, practical, and collaborative space to:

The online course is delivered over two half-day sessions via MS Teams. When you register, you are signing up for both half-day sessions on March 9–10 from 12:30 to 4:30 pm EST. Attendance in both half days is required to complete the course.
