Audience

This course is for Site Members and Managers looking to use Microsoft® Teams and SharePoint in day-to-day collaboration tasks as well as anyone using SharePoint for collaborating with other teams or departments, needing to understand how to share documents and links from SharePoint.

Overview

In almost every organization around the world, teams are embracing a “new normal” in how, where and when they do their mission-critical work. Modern and versatile productivity tools are essential for information workers in this changed landscape, where it’s no longer possible or practical to expect a multi- skilled workforce to adapt to one schedule, time zone or place of work.

SharePoint is a deeply integrated platform that empowers collaborative work environments and unifies the core set of Microsoft® 365 online tools into a single experience for teams and consumers of information. Participants will access and create SharePoint sites from Microsoft® Teams, share files and documents, use search tools, work with libraries, create lists, create pages, manage permissions, and create and edit documents collaboratively.

This one-day instructor-led course provides a set of quick and easy steps for Site Members and Managers who want to learn how to use Microsoft® Teams and SharePoint in their team’s day-to-day collaboration tasks.
