Executive Coaching Program

The Coaching Program is a one-to-one program allowing a flexible “real-time” approach to personal and career development. It is the commitment of the coach to work in a non-judgemental manner, designing a program specifically for you. The concept of coaching involves observing, listening and asking questions to enable self reflection and to work with the client to define a workable plan for change and growth to overcome identified challenges.

Coaching facilitates the exploration of one’s motivations, and through a thought process will lead to identifying necessary actions and strategies for reaching your goals. A coach will lead you through an improvement process, assist you in developing new competencies and encourage your commitment to ongoing growth and change.

The Six-Month Program: Conducted over the phone for the duration of 50 minutes, this program consists of 12 sessions over a six-month period.

The Twelve-Month Program: Conducted over the phone for the duration of 50 minutes, this program consists of 26 sessions over a period of 12 months.

Discovery: Both programs above include a 90 minute discovery session designed to share your goals and start the process of a change strategy. Your coach will discuss the ethics and methodology of coaching and answer any questions you may have about the process. Discovery is a chance for both the participant and coach to determine if there is a good synergy for moving forward. One can opt out of the program at anytime and should there be a decision to not move forward with the program after the discovery session, no charge or obligation is expected.
